For more than four years, Ashley has been a valued part of the Phoenix Energy team, bringing dedication, professionalism, and a people-first approach to everything she does. Throughout her time with Phoenix, she has played an important role in supporting our teams and strengthening the culture that makes our organization what it is today.
Originally from the Gaspé Coast and holding a Business Degree from the University of New Brunswick, Ashley brings more than 15 years of Human Resources experience within Alberta’s energy sector. Her highly pragmatic and adaptable leadership style helps ensure our people strategy actively supports and drives our business goals forward.
As we continue to grow, strong leadership and great people remain at the core of who we are.
