Breathing
Air Trailers
Our Breathing Air Trailers provide a reliable, on-site supply of clean, breathable air for high-risk work environments across oil & gas, construction, pipelines, petrochemical facilities, and other industrial sectors.
Designed for safety, mobility, and continuous performance, these fully self-contained units deliver high-quality air for workers operating in hazardous or confined spaces.
- Ideal for critical field and plant-based activities such as turnarounds, shutdowns, plant maintenance, facility commissioning, completions, and other situations where respiratory protection is required, our systems ensure crews remain safe and compliant throughout operations.
- Each trailer is equipped with 10 high-pressure 4,500 PSI storage cylinders to provide a safe, uninterrupted air supply – wherever the job takes you. Built for demanding conditions and aligned with industry standards, our trailers support safe, efficient work in even the most challenging environments.
- Dependable, durable, and field-ready – our breathing air trailers help protect your teams while keeping your projects running safely and on schedule.
High-Pressure Breathing Air Trailer
Our high-pressure (HP) breathing air trailer is equipped with sixteen (16) cylinders, each rated for 6,000 PSI. The system is designed to deliver breathing air at pressures ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 PSI through high-pressure distribution lines connected to our HP manifolds. These manifolds can be strategically positioned to maximize coverage across turnaround, shutdown, or maintenance work areas. Each HP manifold can support up to eight (8) workers simultaneously.
Key Benefits
- Reduced manpower requirements – A single high-pressure trailer can replace multiple conventional low-pressure breathing air trailers, decreasing logistical and operational demand.
- Lower indirect costs – Fewer units on site means reduced expenses related to transportation, accommodation, supervision, and equipment handling.
- Minimized site congestion – Once set, HP manifolds remain stationary, unlike traditional trailers that require relocation as work progresses. The main HP trailer can be refilled on-site using breathing air compressors or bulk air supply.
- Greater flexibility in work zones – There are no distance limitations between the trailer and the work area. HP manifolds can be placed directly where work is taking place, improving safety, efficiency, and line-management.
