Originally from Buffalo, New York, Sierra grew up on the move while her dad played professional hockey – an experience that helped shape her adaptability, people-first mindset, and love for building connections (and yes… she’s a huge Buffalo Bills fan 🦬).
With a background in sales and marketing, Sierra has built her career around meaningful relationships through strong communication, strategy, and creativity. She discovered that what she enjoys most is meeting new people, having real conversations, and creating genuine connections making business development a natural fit.
In her role at Phoenix Energy, Sierra is focused on strengthening client relationships, supporting business growth, and helping connect clients with solutions that truly fit their needs, all with the goal of building long-term partnerships.
Outside of work, Sierra loves spending time with family, taking her dog for long walks, and making the most of summer, often out on the water in BC enjoying boating season. ☀️🚤
